How much does it cost to build a house in Los Angeles?
Lot conditions, square footage, finish level and permits drive the number. We price each home off your lot and finishes at the consultation and walk each line with you.
How long does a ground-up build take?
New ground-up homes typically take 12 to 18 months. That is our estimate from past projects; plan check and site conditions set the actual pace.
Can you build on my lot, or tear down and rebuild?
Yes to both. The lot review tells you what zoning allows and what slope, access and utilities will cost before you commit to a design.
Who draws the plans?
Our in-house design team, with engineering handled under the same contract. One firm is responsible for the drawings and for building them.
Do you handle City and County permits?
Yes. We prepare the submittal for the City of Los Angeles or LA County and manage plan-check corrections until the permit issues.
Do you offer financing?
We partner with several trusted construction lending companies to offer financing options. Ask at the consultation.
